  • 2. White fish ………… 200g

  • 3. Century egg ………… 2

  • 4. Ginger ………… 30g

  • Condiments( 5.~7.)

  • 5. Salt ………… 1 teaspoon

  • 6. Sesame oil ………… 1 teaspoon

  • 7. White pepper ………… A dash

  • 8. Coriander ………… For garnish

How to make



  • 1.Slice the white fish, mix the slices with the condiments and pickle in the refrigerator for a while.

  • 2.Dice the century eggs and shred the ginger.

  • 3.Wash the rice in the inner pot.
    Add water up to level 1 of “粥 · 稠” in the inner pot( level 0.5 for the 5.5-cup Cooker) and put 1 and 2 into it.
    Select the “粥” menu, set the heating time to 70 minutes, and press the [煮饭] key.

  • 4.When cooking is complete, season with salt and pepper.

  • 5.Put into a bowl and sprinkle minced coriander.
