  • 9. White pepper ………… To taste

  • 10. Red chili pepper ………… For garnish

How to make



  • 1.Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and soak in the condiments.
    Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  • 2.Slice the garlic thinly.

  • 3.Stack the healthy cooking plate on top of the cooking plate.
    Place 1 on the healthy cooking plate and then add the garlic and fermented black soy beans on top.

  • 4.Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.
