1.Soak the fried tofu curd with hot water to remove the oil and dice it.
2.Cut the garlic into halves. Cut the green onions into 4 cm sections. Slice the ginger.
3.Put 1 and 2 on the cooking plate and pour the condiments onto it.
4.Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.
5.Place 3 into the inner pot, select the “同时烹调” menu and press the [煮饭] key.
6.When cooking is complete,
place the cooked rice in a serving bowl and top it off with 3.
The fried tofu curd can be replaced by tofu. The concentration of Chinese marinade varies with brand. Refer to the user manual and adjust the concentration to personal preference. If there is no Chinese marinade, use soy sauce as a substitute.
