  • 2. Shredded zha cai (cut the zha cai into shreds) ………… 60g

  • Condiments( 3.~6.)

  • 3. Soy sauce ………… 1 tablespoon

  • 4. Corn starch ………… 3/4 tablespoon

  • 5. Sugar ………… 3/4 tablespoon

  • 6. Sesame oil ………… 1 teaspoon

  • 2. Shredded zha cai (cut the zha cai into shreds) ………… 120g

  • Condiments( 3.~6.)

  • 3. Soy sauce ………… 2 tablespoon

  • 4. Corn starch ………… 1-1/2 tablespoon

  • 5. Sugar ………… 1-1/2 tablespoon

  • 6. Sesame oil ………… 2 teaspoon





How to make



  • 1.Clean the shredded zha cai and dry it by dripping the water.

  • 2.Slice the beef and mix it with the condiments and pickle it in the refrigerator for a while.

  • 3.Load the cooking plate with 2 and place the shredded zha cai on it.

  • 4.Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.

  • 5.Place 3 into the inner pot, select the “同时烹调” menu and press the [煮饭] key.

  • 6.When cooking is complete, place the cooked rice in a serving bowl and top it off with 3.
